As a small business, Circa Legal Pty Ltd (ABN 13 683 629 343) (we or us) is not covered by, nor has it opted in to the application of, the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

We (and our third-party suppliers) may also collect and use IP addresses, web log, computer and connection information for security purposes and to help prevent and detect any misuse of, or fraudulent activities involving, our website. In most cases, you may have access to personal information that we hold about you. However, in some cases we may refuse to give you access to personal information we hold about you. We will provide you reasons for any such refusal.  

We are happy to amend any personal information about you that is held by us and that is inaccurate, incomplete or out of date if you request us to do so.

We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of the information that you provide us and we will take all reasonable precautions to protect your personal information from unauthorized use or alteration. In our business, personal information will be predominately stored electronically. Where we no longer require your personal information we will take reasonable steps to destroy or de-identify it. Please note that we may be unable to permanently delete data contained in electronic files created pursuant to automatic archiving and back-up processes.
